Tenants of the cottage undertake not to do or permit any behaviour which, in the opinion of the owners or caretaker, is a nuisance or annoyance to neighbours of the cottage. The owners or their representative (e.g. caretaker, plumber, electrician) can have access to the house during guests’ occupation to carry out necessary repairs or maintenance. Every possible effort will be made to solve problems that may arise during the stay but owners are not liable if the situation is beyond their control e.g. floods, power outages.
